Handcrafted FGN Custom pickups
The AlNiCo2 Humkbuckers developed by FGN are hand-wound by very experienced Japanese pickup farmers. The sound is very close to the original vintage PAF sound and delivers a very balanced sound with fast response and plenty of sustain.
Perfectly rounded frets
Rejuvenated neck foot
The softly rounded and tapered neck foot helps to play effortlessly even in the highest altitudes.
Satin neck back
Many players find a lacquered back of the neck a hindrance to smooth play, and the throat is increasingly dull in sweaty hands. Therefore, FGN has developed a special satin finish for the back of the neck, which can be extremely smooth and fluid play.
Optimized neck-body-transition
FGN has completely revised and optimized the neck-body connection for all models with a glued neck. The extended and very precise connection significantly improves the vibration characteristics.
