At Guitar Specialist of Furch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if your new guitar doesn't perfectly suit your playing style, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of your Furch guitar to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Instrument

  Carefully pack the guitar in its original hardshell case and shipping carton, ensuring all certificates, tools, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Workshop

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure, insured transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luthiers verify the instrument's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
